Thank you to our employee volunteers who participated in the 4th annual Spin United Event through the Souris Valley United Way. First Western’s team “Wheelie Tired” spun into action last weekend and won best team name and most team miles. Our six person team consisted of Kelsey Barney, Doug Fredrich, Luke Heilman, Amanda Safranski, Brad Stai & Jacob Fannik. The Spin United event raised $5,560 for the Backpack Buddies program.
Congratulations to Brad Stai – the overall top male rider – who went 14.6 miles in 20 minutes and to Amanda Safranski – the overall top female rider – who went 14.1 miles in 20 minutes.
