Existing First Western customers can easily open a checking, savings, or money market account anytime, anywhere, within a matter of minutes! For the best user experience, access OpenAnywhere in the MyFirstWestern app.
To open an account online, you may need each applicant’s:
- Social Security Number
- Valid ID (driver’s license or other government-issued ID)
To fund your accounts, you may also need:
- Account and Routing Numbers
Additional Information
- All account openings are subject to Bank approval.
- We only accept accounts titled under Individual or Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship ownership.
Note: You must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years old to open an account online. Online account opening is currently only available for personal accounts (checking, savings, and money market).
How to open an account online with OpenAnywhere
- Log into the MyFirstWestern app.
- Select “Accounts” from the menu area in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click “Open a New Account”.
- You will then be directed to the OpenAnywhere welcome page.
