Site360 is an outdoor rooftop rental space with spectacular 360-degree views of the city. This venue is located on the roof of First Western Bank & Trust’s Downtown Bismarck bank at 304 East Front Avenue. This space is available for rent from late May to early September (weather permitting).

What is the capacity?
The max capacity for a seated event is 80 people. For a more casual and mingling event, the max capacity is 250 people.

Are tables/seating provided? Any other amenities?
Site360 has 18 tables as well as chairs to go with those tables. Along with these tables and chairs, additional seating includes club chairs, outdoor sofas and sectionals. Site360 includes spectacular views with native plantings & green space, 2 large screen TVs, Sound/PA system, fire pits, 1 large refrigerator, 1 small refrigerator, 1 small freezer, 39″ grill, and elevator access.

What is the layout of the venue?

Can I have food at my event?
You are welcome to cater food at your event if you so choose. All food must come from a professional kitchen/caterer.

Can I have alcohol at my event?
Any alcohol at a Site360 event must be served by a licensed vendor. Lessees cannot bring in coolers, kegs, or other containers of alcohol to be served to their guests. The licensed vendor will be responsible for obtaining a Special Event Permit through the City of Bismarck in order to serve alcohol at an event.

What does it cost to rent Site360?
There is a booking deposit that is required in order to confirm you date. The booking deposit will get applied to your invoice total. There is an hourly rental fee for the venue and a flat cleaning fee for each event. Security fee may be applied depending on the size and type of event.
