eStatements allow you to view your monthly statements electronically through our website. eStatements replace your paper statements. They include all the same information that your paper statement does, including your check images. They can be viewed, printed, or saved to your hard drive. eStatements are environmentally friendly, secure, and free.

To sign up for eStatements, Log In to your Online Banking account or use the MyFirstWestern App.


Tax Document eStatement Enrollment

Tax eStatements are an electronic version of your tax forms. The electronic versions provide you with the same information as the paper versions. Tax eStatements will be available to access securely via your Online Banking or our mobile app, MyFirstWestern. A PDF will be available to view, save, or print once you enroll using the instructions below:

  1. Log into your First Western Online Banking account.
  2. Once logged in, select an account for which you’d like to receive tax documents.
  3. On the account page, click the Settings tab.
  4. Scroll down to Documents and select Advanced Settings.
  5. In the top menu, click Sign Up/Changes.
  6. Click the arrow next to the account name to expand the menu.
  7. Check all boxes related to TaxMaster.
  8. At the bottom of the page, click Save Settings.

eStatement Enrollment

Log In to your Online Banking account and select one of your accounts.

Once an account has been selected, click the Documents tab toward the top of the page.

To enroll your accounts for eStatements, you will be prompted to do the following items:

  • Review the listed email address. If your email is incorrect, update it in the space provided.
  • Read the Terms of Use, select the I agree to listed terms box, and click Enroll Now to complete the eStatement process.

Statements will appear monthly in PDF format. Your first eStatement will appear during the next statement cycle.
